what is survival fitness?

From years of studying the body, I’ve come to the conclusion that the body is the greatest and only piece of equipment that you need. Everything else you’ll ever use simply copies the human body.

This program focuses on getting you realigned with nature by using your body weight, and the environment to give you a great functional workout to and keep you mentally stimulated with ever changing scenery, fresh air and the ability to do some earthing while we train.

If you want to get in the best shape of your life, improve your cardio, balance, flexibility, stamina and strength for better health, this is the program for you!
